These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Skips2You services (a trading name of TekSpert LTD). By booking a skip with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• “We”/“Us”/“Our”: Refers to TekSpert LTD, trading as Skips2You
• “You”/“Customer”: The person or entity booking the skip
• “Operator”: The licensed waste carrier delivering the skip
• “Skip”: The waste container hired by you

• All bookings must be paid for in advance via our secure payment system
• Prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated
• The hire period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed
• Extensions are available for an additional daily charge

• Delivery is to the address specified at booking
• You must ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle (minimum 3m width, 4m height)
• Someone should be available to accept delivery or clear instructions provided
• We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient access

• Skips must not be overloaded above the top level
• Prohibited items include: asbestos, batteries, electrical items, fridges/freezers, tyres, paint, chemicals, gas cylinders
• Heavy materials (soil, rubble) may not be placed in skips larger than 8 yards
• You are responsible for the skip and its contents until collection

• A permit is required if placing the skip on a public highway
• We can arrange permits on your behalf for an additional fee
• Permit processing takes 3–7 working days
• You must display the permit as instructed by the local council

• Collection is scheduled for the agreed date
• Please ensure the skip is accessible for collection
• Overloaded skips will not be collected
• Additional charges apply for extended hire periods

• We are not liable for damage to property caused by insufficient access
• Our liability is limited to the value of the skip hire
• We are not liable for consequential losses
• Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

• All waste is handled by licensed carriers in accordance with UK law
• You will receive a waste transfer note for your records
• We aim to recycle over 90% of waste collected

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
